Sequence: NCYPred accepts only RNA strings in FASTA format.

File: The file must have the extension " .fasta " and its content must be in FASTA format.

Usage:

• Sequences should be shorter than 500 nucleotides.
• Sequences containing ambiguous nucleotides (e.g. ‘N’, ‘W’, ‘R’ etc., will be removed).
• NCYPred does not distinguish coding RNA from non-coding RNA, therefore, other tools should be used for this type of prediction.
